Learn how to manage your body and set yourself free to do what you love! Gary Reitze is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, and is an expert in yoga therapeutics who has 30 years and over 12,000 hours of experience. He teaches public classes in the metro area, therapeutics privates from his home studio, and workshops around Colorado. He has used yoga to personally recover from 11 surgeries, and he specializes in empowering people by individually helping each student. He is 67 and uses yoga to keep himself in shape to climb 14ers and ski powder.
Week 1 - October 17th - Shoulder and Neck Issues
Experience freedom from pain, stiffness, weakness, and freedom from neck issues. For your shoulders gain strength, flexibility, confidence, and learn how to do a variety of yoga postures with correct shoulder action and alignment. Learn how to release you neck muscles in the process, and align the cervical vertebrae.
Week 2 - October 24th - Back Issues
Back pain is common for many people for many reasons. While there are a few very good ways to treat back pain Yoga empowers people and is the best way to be pro-active.
Week 3 - October 31st - Knee and Hip Issues
This workshop will be excellent for anyone who has discomfort, pain, stiffness, weakness, or lack of mobility in the knees and hips. It will be beneficial for anyone of any age from athletes to seniors. Learn how to properly align the legs in Yoga poses and everyday activities.
